A Visit to Wyoming Tribune Eagle

We arrived at the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, ready to tour this facility. As we waited for our guides to arrive, we were already noticing newspapers and pictures hung around the room. We started taking pictures right away, absorbing all that we could in this building. Newspapers were stacked around the rooms, and famous old newspapers were hung on the walls.

As we started to tour the press, we came along many machines which we had never seen before – who knew you would need such a large machine just to cut things? I’ll tell you what – it sure beats scissors!

We saw just how many colors are available to print, as well as many artifacts that were used to type the paper delivered at your door early in the morning.

We found many more photos on the wall, (professionally done of course), as well as shelves filled with books of old newspapers, organized by year.

As we head on deeper into the facility, we discover the larger machines at work. They fill huge rooms, working to provide our newspapers.

We had the opportunity to take a group photo in a room filled with these amazing machines, working behind the scenes to prepare the newspaper.

Lots of materials were gathered and scattered around the facility, ready to use.

There was lots to see at the press, and it was quite an eye opener to see just how much work it takes to go into one newspaper.

After this trip to Wyoming Tribune, we made a quick stop to a nearby museum in Cheyenne where we could settle down and eat lunch. Presenting, some pictures including me and my friend, Akeyla franklin!

We also have an amazing photo of our PC Brandon, caught unaware!
